Very easy install! Came with new home button and everything needed to replace the screen easily. (Although you may want additional adhesive). It even reads my exact fingerprint that i had previously set with my original Samsung display. If your screen is smashed beyond salvage, this install can be done in approximately 5 minutes. Taking out the old screen in one piece is nearly impossible due to strong adhesive holding the thin glass in place. My screen was already smashed and broken, which made this install a breeze. I simply removed my battery, and carefully made sure the LCD-to-motherboard connections (the home button connector, LCD/digitizer connector, and the wires for the two light-up buttons at the bottom of the phone) were undone. I achieved this by using the included plastic triangle, starting at the top of the phone but being careful of the front-facing camera and the area below the camera, to pull the glass and attached assembly. If you pull the bottom of the note 3 LCD away from the phone, you will rip the light-up buttons, so be careful to work TOP DOWN. I also unscrewed the two bottom screws on the back of the phone, as i was told to do so, but I was not aware of any difference this made. Use the included tweezers to feed your new home button connector through the middle port.
