In this house still lives the seventh generation of the same family, the current owner of the house Doña María Concepción Augusta Echemendía Font, granddaughter of Don Jose or Don Pepillo as it is also known once, lives with her daughter Beatriz De Leon Echemendía her husband Leosvel Ledesma Lopez descendant of Basques and canaries and their daughter Mariah del Rosario Ledesma De Leon.
