The bird range of knob is the current favorite of the designers in residential houses or in the kinder garden schools. The knob is in the actual shape of a bird with the proper form and shape of the knob. These knobs are actual masterpieces created by the master artisan itself after years of training and practice. The base of the knob is ceramic and metal .The knob is made by hand and here is no use of machine in the making. Wet ceramic mould is given a streamlined shape which is typical of a bird’s body. The base is kept white and the entire design is painted in this plan background .The beak of the bird which resembles a sparrow is painted in orange. Basic features like eyes are painted in black dot on both the sides. The tail is protruding outside and is also painted in black color. There is a small band in orange color and around the neck and outlined in black on the top and the bottom of the band. Three wavering pattern in yellow color is the hair over the neck area. It gives a neat look to the hair it is also outlined in black. There is another very bright and colorful pattern on the back which is wavy lines in red and black all over the back. The feathers on the side are painted in green color with black dots on them give a very dramatic look and is the focal point of the bird knob. The screw is attached to one end of the knob and the bird is to be fixed on the side on to the drawer. The knob has an excellent grip to hold and push the drawer.
