This problem has been present for quite a while now and has been causing problems for gamers who are trying to play these games. However, Xbox continues to work at fixing it. Xbox Support is surely one of the top companies in responding on issues related to their consoles and this is yet another proof of this. Following the initial reports of Xbox console crashes in NBA 2K22, they posted the following on their Xbox Support Twitter, as also the follow-up the other day. While it's been a problem for a few weeks on Xbox however, new reports of console crashes started popping in recent times about players having some major issues when trying to play NBA 2K22 on Xbox Series X or S like we've previously told our own experience a few weeks earlier. There have been a few reports of problems loading NBA 2K22 onto Xbox Series X/S. The system crashed and displayed a message that stated that the ventilation was not adequate, causing the console to stop working. It sounds like there are no ventilation issues for consoles, but some glitch is triggering it. NBA 2K22 hasn't been the only game with issues either, as other people started to make posts recently claiming that they were getting the same error when playing Madden 22 and FIFA 22 as well, with the former being only available as part of the EA Play 10 hour free trial as of now. It's even more interesting due to the fact that this error was caused by two games from 2K Sports, and two from EA Sports, which are the same games in all sports. Just a few days after, though, this seems to still be a problem according to the Xbox Status page, which is still displaying an issue with NBA 2K22however claims that it's near an answer.
