COMMODITY UNBRANDED DIESEL N° 2 (D2).
1. – Origin: Mexico/USA.
2. – Commodity: Light Diesel Number Two (D2).
3. – Quality:

R F C – G F D 1 3 0 2 0 1 R B A4. – Quantity: Approximately 1,200,000 US Gallons (+/- 10%) of Unbranded Petroleum Diesel Number Two, per month for a period of Twelve months with rollovers and extensions or a quantity as may be agreed upon Seller and Buyer.
5. – Delivery Term: CIF INCOTERMS 2000, US GULF PORT. At buyer’s tanks at Roatan, and Port of Castilla, Honduras, arranged by Buyer. Schedule to be agreed.
6. – Inspection: On behalf of Seller by an independent surveyor such as SGS or equivalent. Seabolt at the port of loading.
7.- Payment Instrument: 100% Irrevocable Non-Transferable Document Stand by Letter of Credit. (DLC) issued by a top 50 rated international Bank. This DLC shall be for one month’s deliveries and automatically revolving to the next month deliveries until completion of the Contracted quantity.
8. Price: Price Basis: Three day average before and three day average after bill of lading issued, Gulf Platts (HO), (GLOBEX), minus $0.10 USD. Price Units US Gallon.
9. PROOF OF PRODUCT (POP)
Seller shall provide the Proof of Product (POP) to the Buyer as described below. The documents of POP shall be provided and signed by the Seller or Seller’s Legal Representative.
1) Past Transaction Record: Previous SGS Report
2) Title Document or Proof of Product Ownership
3) Current Export License
4) Oficial Bill of the product
5) Bill of Landing
6) Q88 of the ship
7) Porte Letter
8) Zarpe Letter
10. Procedures:
1. Buyer signs, seals, and sends to Seller this Full Corporate Offer along with Buyer’s ICPO and full Banking Details.
2. Seller sends Draft Sales and Purchase Contract to the Buyer to review, sign/seal and returns to Seller.
3. Buyer/Seller sign/seal and lodge contract for execution.4. Buyer’s bank issues an Irrevocable, transferable and confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) to Seller’s Bank
5. Within Two (2) banking days on receiving Confirmation of DLC, seller issue “the seller’s ability to delivery, perform and schedule” confirmation letter to Buyer’s.
