Somos directo a Vinar Sugar Group, azucarera de Brasil y tengo la SCO para proveer 1.2M MT One Year Contract. CIF. Precio: US$ 520. Solo buyers o buyer mandate para inciar el procedimiento detallado a continuacion: SCO = Soft Corporate Offer = Offer given by seller mandate to buyer. LOI = Letter of Intent = Given by the Buyer on company paper to Seller. FCO = Full Corporate Offer = Given by Seller to Buyer, buyer must return FCO signed and seal within 3 business days. ICPO = Irrevocable corporate purchase order = Given by the Buyer to Seller. Buyer commit himself to the seller / shows that he is serious in business. NCND = Non- Circumvention & Non-Disclosure agreement = for Buyer and Seller. (Made by the Seller) Contract = An Agreement: Seller and Buyer commit themselves to each other: what to deliver, how to deliver, how to pay, which document should be presented to the buyer for the payment POF = Proof of Funds by the Buyer (bank to bank) POP = Proof of Product by the Seller (bank to bank) Opening SBLC= Opening Standby Letter of Credit (financial instrument) Delivering = Delivering of the consignment (sugar) NOTE: After receiving the LOI we will schedule a conference call via Skype with CEO of Vinar Group Mr. Erick Retes.
